This game is set up in two sections, "In the Realms" and "Adventurers Wanted".

"In the Realms" works much like any other role play, you talk with other characters, explain what your character is doing, walk around, get into trouble, and generally just have a good time. Small experience amounts are awarded for each post (Please note that posting ridiculous/pointless messages just to gain experience will get you kicked off the boards). You will meet other characters, join in on their lives and quests, and get to know the world and what is going on in it. As you role play, you gain access to more "sections of the world" (Forums) by exploration. Your character can also gain entrance into various guilds as well.

The "Adventurers Wanted" section is the "real life" section of this role play. To level up the character you play "In the Realms" there are real life quests. With each successful completion of a quest, your character levels up in skills, abilities, items, and often - gains new areas to explore.
